Protect Our Investment in Science

Though most of us don't get excited to pay taxes, it's one of the few tangible ways we get to contribute to an amazing legacy of knowledge and understanding that ripples through the generations and adds deep meaning to our lives. Just look up and see how connected we are to the universe! Thank you to all taxpayer-funded researchers in our stellar government labs and precious universities, two jewels in our national treasure chest adding to the ongoing story of who we are and where we come from. They deserve our support.

Here is a link to a recent study using NASA Webb space telescope data that suggests the intriguing hypothesis that a nearby world may teem with microbial life in its oceans. I'm very proud that my tax $$ supports science like this!
